After establishment in China, the company needs to do below.

1.Register in tax system and apply for fapiao and tax fapiao machine

At this step, the company needs to decide the company’s tax nature ( VAT general taxpayer or Non VAT general taxpayer), and also needs to report the company's accounting standard adopted to related tax office.

2. Apply for E-license

In future, many government works need to use E-license. It is better to apply for E-license after the company establishment. Certainly, if somehow the company has not apply for the E-license, at present the company can apply for a special tool to do government works.

3. Hire employees

Before hire employees, the company’s social insurance and housing fund account should already be ready. The company needs to pay social insurance and housing fund for every employee from the first month hiring the employee.

4. Open bank accounts

Each company needs to a basic bank account. One company just can hold one basic bank account. After open the basic bank account, the company can apply for to open other bank accounts, for example, a capital bank account, foreign currencies bank accounts. Please note that, the capital just can pay to the capital bank account also in the payment notes, “capital” or “investment” must be noted.
