Can I register English name as my company’s name? We often receive this question from our new registration clients.

At present, the business license only shows the company’s name in Chinese. But still the company can prepare an English name when registration, as the company’s stamp can be made both in Chinese name and English name. Also if the company apply for export and import license, here can fill an English name.

Please note that according to the Management Regulation of Enterprise Name Registration.

-The key words(means shop name) in the company’s name should no less than 2 Chinese words.

-One company just can register one company’s name.
