My working visa will be expired in this July, how to withdraw money from my housing fund account in Shanghai when I leave China?

Below are documents for this application at housing fund center when a foreigner leaves China. Also, it must be noted that at present, this work just can be done by yourself, authorized person can’t be accepted by the housing fund center.

1. Passport, original.

2. Employment separation certificate issued by the last employer.

3. Copy of your Chinese bank card and related information of the card.
