The 2025 annual tax settlement deadline is coming up fast — May 31, 2026.
If your company still hasn’t paid out some of the 2025 wages, listen up:
👉 Wages for 2025 should be paid by May 31, 2026 to be counted as tax-deductible expenses for 2025.
That means:
1. If you pay after May 31, those wages cannot be deducted from your 2025 taxable income.
2. Your taxable profit will be higher, and you’ll end up paying more corporate income tax.
What should you do now?
1. Check if any 2025 wages are still unpaid.
2. Arrange to pay them before May 31, 2026.
3. For other expenses/costs (like supplier costs), make sure you receive all invoices by the same deadline.
