2023 annual settlement of individual income tax is coming. 

Who needs to do this work?

• In 2023, IIT tax paid is more than annual tax payable, the person wants to get the overpaid amount from the tax office.

• In 2023, comprehensive income obtained is more than 120,000RMB and also the underpayment tax amount is no more than 400RMB.

• IIT tax filling was not correct or somehow the income obtained in 2023 had not filled yet.

Time & Deadline?

Annual settlement of individual income tax can be done from March 1th to June 30th.
