In LLC company, allows how many shareholders in China?
Commonly, a company registers in the LLC(limited liability company) structure whose shareholder can not more than 50 shareholders. When its shareholder is only 1 individual, it is one-person limited liability company, please note that one natural person just can set 1 one-person limited liability company in China.
