When register a company in China, some people want to name their companies' name in English, is it possible?

According to the Provisions on Administration on Enterprise Name Registration, in article 5, it says each company's name should use Chinese characters. Companies in Chinese autonomous regions of ethnic can use local ethnic characters simultaneously. So if use English name to register your new company, it can't be approved by government office in charge of name approval.

But don't be disappointed, still you can use the English name what you want simultaneously when you make the new company's stamp.

Also, when you think about the new company's name, please note that, the company's name except the words to express the new company's nature and industry should at least in two Chinese characters.
