As foreingers can't be certifcated personal indentity information directly in the system, you need to take the original passport to a local tax office to get a registration code. After that you can register account in the IIT APP with the code.

How to print my IIT tax payment archive?

After register sucssfully in the IIT APP, you can easily print the tax payment archive from the APP. Also, IIT tax payment archive can be got from the website https://etax.chinatax.gov.cn/, the login account and password are same as the account and password in the IIT APP.
