1. Checks issuing & receiving

When issue a check, be always to fill out the receiving name on the check.

When receive a check, to do the process in the bank within the validity date.

2. Payments received from overseas institution

Declare in the foreign currencies management system within the validity date.

3. Payment paid to overseas institution

Declare in the tax system. If the fee is tax free, apply for the tax free in tax office.

4. Payment paid to individual who is not an employee

Declare in the tax system, and also if the payment to individual is more than the threshold amount of tax exemption, deduct tax from the payment amount.

5. Bank Stamps

The stamps should be well packaged to avoid to be damaged when take out them off the office. Once the stamps damaged and then can't be used in the company’s bank.
