In China, most of companies take standard working hour system for their positions. Still some companies take flexible working hour system for some special positions.

Please note that, if a company takes flexible working hour system, firstly, the company needs to apply for the flexible working hour system in the government office. After the office approved, the company can use this working style and the company needs to re-sign the agreement with this employee if the employee before already signed employment agreement.

Flexible working hour system is not suitable for each position. It is for below positions.

1.Senior executives

2. Outdoor staffs

3. Sales staffs

4. Others which can not be used the standard working time.
