Common annual works regulated by government offices as below.

1. Annual report launched by local Administration for Market Regulation ( before it named Commercial and Industrial office). Companies who incorporated before 1th, Jan of current year must to do this work before 30th, June every year. Companies can enter below website to do this work.

2. Last year's average salary filing launched by social insurance bureau and housing fund bureau. The deadline among Chinese cities are not same. Take an example in Shanghai, this work deadline is 30th, June every year, the average salary data of each employee shall be the new base of each employee's social insurance and housing fund from every 1th July. Please note that, the average salary data should be kept consistent with the data in individual income tax system.

3. Annual settlement of enterprise income tax which needs to be done before 31th, May of each year launched by tax bureau. 

Please note that the above mentioned are not all of the annual works, they are common works for each company in China. If includes special business scope or gets special license, the company needs to do more annual works according to the office who issued the license.
